CARSARU provides software-assisted vehicle research and risk screening based on information made available to the service, including user-provided listings, VINs, images, video, audio, records and third-party data.
CARSARU is not a licensed mechanic, dealer, insurer, title authority, lender, appraisal service, or professional pre-purchase inspection. Results may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or based on limited evidence. A lack of detected problems does not establish that a vehicle is safe, mechanically sound, accident-free, rust-free, or free of title or ownership issues.
Users remain responsible for verifying vehicle identity, title, liens, ownership, mechanical condition, recalls, price, financing terms and transaction documents before purchase. Physical inspection by a qualified professional is recommended.
Paid analysis credits, time-limited passes and subscriptions are governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase. Subscription cancellation and refund rules must be finalized before public launch.
CARSARU may link to or use third-party data and marketplaces. Their availability, accuracy, pricing and terms are outside CARSARU's control.
Users may not misuse the service, circumvent usage limits, attack connected services, upload unlawful content, or use CARSARU to misrepresent a vehicle's condition.
Final limitation-of-liability, warranty disclaimer, dispute, governing-law and consumer-rights clauses must be prepared or reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
